I am in fact, an unobtrustive poet,
but a small  part of my artistry
is dedicated to human portraits
that shine like strong clear suns
in heavy industrial sky,
just before their sound consciousness
vanish in the sickly sweet mass of steel
that surrounds them, and entices to forgetfulness
and fair indolence in the gardens of the adjusted,
gardens of invented social happiness
and spiritual petrifaction in the silent realms
of the subdued and unsuspecting.
